CAD/CAM Systems

Our comprehensive networked engineering processing system controls all aspects of our work and is supported by computerised accounts, payroll facilities and bespoke developed costing databases.

Our MasterCAM CAD-CAM system is networked to our CNC Milling and Turning machines with which we are able to efficiently reproduce customer drawings to 3D and have them uploaded to the appropriate machine in the workshop to aid in programming and setup.

We are also able to read drawings and CAD Data sent to us by email to aid in preparing quotations and production of the component.

We are able to work with the customer to alleviate any potential dimensional problems using our Mastercam CAD CAM system.
