A&Z Engineering Training and Skills

A&Z Engineering operate an in house cnc milling and cnc turning training programme which continues to uphold a balance between conventional machining skills and those associated with higher computerised technology.

Training is not only for apprentices but all employees undergo annual performance reviews, during which time skills are assessed and updated.

The effective use of our engineer’s skills means we are competitive in both high precision components as well as batch production engineering.

Each employee has a dedicated file and training matrix by which their performance and training are monitored. 

Any new technology or machinery introduced will be flagged up and appropriate training given and monitored.
