QUALITY POLICY

It is the policy of A&Z Engineering (Reading) Limited:

-    to manufacture products of an acceptable standard to meet customer requirements.  This will be monitored through any rejects/NCR’s and Concessions, internal scrap and on time delivery – this information is gathered periodically and analysed accordingly

-    to be committed to continual improvement of the quality management system by using a process approach (Plan Do Check Act) and risk based thinking - related to the Scope of the Quality Management System and supports the strategic direction of the business

-    to be committed to complying to the relevant sections of the current quality standard.

The system followed, which is regularly monitored, meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015. Its procedures and quality objectives are documented within this Quality Management System.
